At Leafcutter Farms we specialize in growing organic nutrient-dense gourmet mushrooms. Our name, inspired by the Leafcutter Ant, pays homage to this remarkable insect's practice of growing their fungal food on leaves.
We offer a diverse range of organically grown mushrooms including multiple oyster varieties, lion's mane, king trumpet, turkey tail, and reishi. We also offer a line of medicinal mushroom tinctures, dehydrated mushrooms, and mushroom seasoning blends - all crafted in house using mushrooms grown on the farm.
